By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full. Our services include individualized guidance for athletes seeking to compete at the collegiate level, with particular focus on NCAA eligibility standards. Clients under the age of 18 may only utilize our services with verifiable parental or legal guardian consent, and said parent or guardian must be present during all phone or Zoom consultations and be copied on all forms of electronic communication.
All sessions are scheduled via our client portal, and communications may occur through email, phone, or Zoom. Sessions may be recorded with prior notice, and recordings are stored securely and made available only to the client and their parent or guardian. Payment for services must be made in advance through Stripe, and all transactions are subject to Stripe’s secure processing terms. Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Clients agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and acknowledge that Bryan Raschilla Coaching and Consulting cannot guarantee admission to any college or the receipt of athletic scholarships. Our services are advisory in nature, based on publicly available NCAA regulations and institutional guidelines. All intellectual property provided—including templates, session content, and guidance materials—remains the property of Bryan Raschilla Coaching and Consulting and may not be redistributed or reproduced without permission.
We reserve the right to terminate services in the event of any breach of these terms, particularly failure to comply with required parental involvement for minor clients. We are not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from NCAA rule changes, institutional decisions, or misrepresentation of client information.
